Wentworth Point. Recladding.

Svendour conducted Facade water test AAMA 501.2.15 as specified in the Cladding Replacement Pattern book, R2 2023, issued by Project Remediate. Testing was performed on two 20 story towers and two 10 story towers on Sevona and Verona Aves to confirm the integrity of the sarking and the installation of the new non-combustible cladding.
