Svendour was engaged by Living Constructions to carry out  AAMA 501.2-15 Field Check of Metal Curtain Walls for Water Leakage for the windows and sliding doors on the project. As the location was a south facing, ocean front the property was identified as a high risk location requiring additional installation measures to protect the property from water ingress during the most severe weather patterns. Svendour provided advice on the installation during the planning stages through to the testing stage.
